Logic Office Group's history began as a wholly owned subsidiary of Black Arrow Group Plc. Incorporated in May 1959, we became a fully quoted company on the London Stock Exchange in 1974. In 1986, Black Arrow acquired the businesses of Logic Office Furniture and Kudos Designs. Within the Group, we also have Logic Office Contracts, specialising in refurbishment of office spaces and Black Arrow Finance, offering clients flexible leasing packages. In 1992, the Group re-branded all the office furniture and interior operations as Logic Office Group.
The Group broadened their portfolio by acquiring the Staverton name in 2002. Since that time Logic has worked diligently to market both higher quality and more diverse products through the Staverton brand.
In 2009, a successful buy-in management buy-out of Logic Office Group took place and the directors of Logic jointly acquired a 40 per cent stake in the business. This was complemented by a 60% stake held by a consortium of shareholders headed by office interiors specialist, Mike Gardner. With fresh and rejuvenating plans for success, Mr Gardner and the current management team are committed to providing strong continuity and a renewed focus for Logic Office Group.
